Demo Flow

  1. 1 Project owner publishes baseline v1
  2. 2 Vendor downloads the baseline and submits a diff
  3. 3 Owner publishes review response plus baseline v2
  4. 4 Manifest, audit log, timeline, and downloads prove the chain

Boundary

This site validates and stores artifacts. SQLite is canonical, storage is private, and all downloads go through an authenticated route.
